How-To: Copy cells using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. To copy cells using the toolbar first you must select them.
  2. Select cells by first clicking and holding the left mouse button over one of them.
  3. Then, while holding the button move your mouse towards other cells you want selected.
  4. Once all the cells you want are selected, release the mouse button.
  5. Next, move to the toolbar and look for the icon with "two papers."
  6. This is the Copy button. Click on it once to copy the selected cells into the clipboard.
  7. Great! We have copied the cells! Now they are ready to be pasted anywhere.
