How-To: Copy cells using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To copy cells using the toolbar first you must select them.
- Select cells by first clicking and holding the left mouse button over one of them.
- Then, while holding the button move your mouse towards other cells you want selected.
- Once all the cells you want are selected, release the mouse button.
- Next, move to the toolbar and look for the icon with "two papers."
- This is the Copy button. Click on it once to copy the selected cells into the clipboard.
- Great! We have copied the cells! Now they are ready to be pasted anywhere.
