How-To: Cut cells using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. To cut cells using the toolbar, first you must select them.
  2. To do this, first click and hold the left mouse button over one of the cells.
  3. Next while holding the button, move your mouse over the other cells you need to cut.
  4. Once you have selected all you need, release the mouse button.
  5. Now, move your mouse here to the toolbars, and look for the scissor icon.
  6. This is the "Cut" button, click on it once to cut the selected cells.
  7. Great! As you can see the cells have been cut. Remember that in cutting cells, all the content including formulas, notes, cell references and others are also cut to the clipboard.
  8. You have learned how to cut cells using the toolbar.
