How-To: Define Print Range - OpenOffice.org Calc
- The selected area is the current print range.
- To add to the print range, selec the cells you want to add.
- To add the selected cells to the print range, click on the "Format" menu.
- Select the "Print Ranges" item from the menu.
- Select the "Add" item from the sub menu.
- To verify the changes, click on the "File" menu.
- Select the "Page Preview" item from the menu.
- Notice that the page only shows the first ten rows of the sheet. This is the old print range.
- To view the added cells, click on the "Next Page" button in the "Page Preview" toolbar.
- Notice that the added cells appear on a new page.
- To end the preview, click on the "Close Preview" button.
