Delete cell content - OpenOffice.org Calc

How-To: Delete cell content - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. To delete cell contents, first you must select them.
  2. To do this, move the mouse over one of the cells and click and hold the left mouse button.
  3. Next, while holding the button move your mouse through the other cells you want selected.
  4. Once selected release the mouse button and then click here on "Edit."
  5. Then, on the menu that opens click on "Delete Contents..."
  6. The delete contents window should open.
  7. You will see that there are choices on which specific contents of the cell you can delete. Just click on their corresponding checkboxes.
  8. Once satisfied, click on OK.
  9. Great! As you can see we have deleted the selected cells' conents.
  10. Congratulations! You have learned how to delete cells.
