Assign a page style - OpenOffice.org Calc

How-To: Assign a page style - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. To assign a page style for your sheet, first click here on "Format"
  2. Then, on the menu that opens click on "Styles and Formatting."
  3. The styles and formatting window should appear.
  4. Now, look for the "Page Styles" button here and click on it once.
  5. You should see the list of available page styles here. For this example, we are clicking on the option "Report." Just double click it to apply this style to the page.
  6. Good. Now, check how the style was applied by clicking here on the page preview button.
  7. Great! As you can see the page style has been assigned.
  8. Just click again on the page preview button to close this view.
  9. Once done assigning page styles, close the styles and formatting window by clicking on the close button here.
  10. Congratulations! You have learned how to assign page styles.
