How-To: Format cells using cell styles - OpenOffice.org Calc
- You can format cells using cell styles.
- To do this, first select the cells you want to format by clicking on them once.
- Then, move your mouse here and click on "Format"
- Afterwards, on the menu that opens click on the option "Styles and Formatting"
- The styles and formatting window should open.
- Now, click here on "Cell Styles" if it is not open yet.
- Below it, you should see a list of styles.
- Just double click over the name of the style you want to apply for the cells.
- Great! Notice that the stye has now been applied to the cell you selected.
- Once done, just click on this "X" icon to close this window.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to format cells using cell styles.
