How-To: Format cells using cell styles - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. You can format cells using cell styles.
  2. To do this, first select the cells you want to format by clicking on them once.
  3. Then, move your mouse here and click on "Format"
  4. Afterwards, on the menu that opens click on the option "Styles and Formatting"
  5. The styles and formatting window should open.
  6. Now, click here on "Cell Styles" if it is not open yet.
  7. Below it, you should see a list of styles.
  8. Just double click over the name of the style you want to apply for the cells.
  9. Great! Notice that the stye has now been applied to the cell you selected.
  10. Once done, just click on this "X" icon to close this window.
  11. Congratulations! You have learned how to format cells using cell styles.
