How-To: Change the content of the page header - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. This screencast demonstrates how to change the content of the page header of a spreadsheet.
  2. In this example we are viewing the document in the print or "Page Preview" mode to easily demonstrate what is happening.
  3. You can access the page preview mode by clicking on this icon here.
  4. Now to start, once you are in the page preview mode, click here on the "Format Page" button.
  5. The page style window should appear. Look for the "Header" tab and click on it once.
  6. Next, click here on "Edit..."
  7. The header window should appear.
  8. Now, to change the page header's content, click on this down arrow to view a list of pre-set content.
  9. Just look for the content you want to enter, and click on it once.
  10. Great! As you can see the content has been changed.
  11. Once you're done, just click on "OK."
  12. Afterwards, on the page style window, click on "OK" as well.
  13. Good. Now, if we zoom in to take a look...
  14. ...you should see the new content has appeared on the header. Congratulations!
