- This screencast demonstrates how to format a page using the print or page preview.
- In this particular example, we are going to change the orientation of the page to landscape format.
- To start, first go to the page preview mode, by clicking on this icon here.
- Great! You should be taken to the page preview.
- Now, first let's look at the page closer by clicking on the zoom-in button here.
- Good. Now, to format the page, click here on the "Format Page" button.
- The page style window should open. You should see several formatting options for this page. Since we want to format the page into the landscape format, click here on the page tab.
- Next, look for the orientation options here, and click on the circle beside "Landscape."
- Afterwards, click here on "OK."
- Good. Notice that the page has become wider reflecting the change to landscape.
- To leave the page preview mode, just click once again on this icon.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to format the page using the print or page preview mode.
