How-To: Insert a single row - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To insert a single row, you must select an existing one first.
- This is because newly inserted rows will always appear in the position above a selected one. In this example we are selecting row "3."
- Do this by clicking once on the left-most side of the row where its reference name "3" is located.
- Once selected, right click over the column to reveal a side menu.
- Afterwards, click on "Insert Rows"
- Great! A new row has been inserted above the selected one.
- Take note that the original row we selected, as well as others below it have shifted downwards.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to insert a single row.
