How-To: Open a recent spreadsheet - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To open a recently used spreadsheet, first click here on "File."
- Next, on the menu that opens, move your mouse over "Recent Documents."
- A side menu should appear listing the documents that have been recently created or edited.
- In this case were are opening the "Monthly Expenses" spreadsheet.
- Just click on it once.
- Great! We have opened this spreadsheet.
