How-To: Open a spreadsheet - OpenOffice.org Calc
- To open an existing spreadsheet, first click on "File."
- Next, on the menu that appears click on "Open..."
- The open dialogue window appears. Just look for the spreadsheet file you want to open and click on it once.
- Now, just click here on "Open."
- Great! We have opened this spreadsheet.
