How-To: Open a spreadsheet using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Calc
- You can open a spreadsheet using the toolbar.
- To do this, click once here on the "Open" button. It is the one with the open folder icon.
- The open dialogue window appears.
- Now, just find the spreadsheet file you want to open and click on it once.
- Next, just click on "Open."
- Great! We have opened this spreadsheet.
