How-To: Modify a page style to print cell notes - OpenOffice.org Calc
  1. This screencast demonstrates how to modify a page style so that the cell notes are printed with the spreadsheet.
  2. Remember that you must have the "Styles and Formatting" window open to do this. Press "F11" on the keyboard to open the window.
  3. When it is open, click on the "Page Style" button here.
  4. Now to start, look for the page style you want to modify and right mouse click over it.
  5. A context menu should appear. Click on the option "Modify..."
  6. Then, the page style options window should open. Now, look for the "Sheet" tab here and click on it once.
  7. Next, on the print options here, look for the checkbox for the option "Notes." Click on this once.
  8. Afterwards, just click on "OK."
  9. Good! Now, to check if our modification worked, we will go to the page preview. To do this, click on the "File" option here.
  10. Once the menu opens, click on the option "Page Preview."
  11. Now, if we zoom in...
  12. ...and click on the "last page" button here....
  13. ...you should see that there is a separate page reserved for notes that will be included when the document is printed. Congratulations!
