  1. To select multiple columns, first move your mouse over the top of one column where its reference name is.
  2. Next, click and hold the left mouse button and then move the mouse through the other columns you want selected.
  3. Afterwards, release the mouse button to finish selecting the columns. Great! We have selected 3 columns.
