How-To: Select multiple rows that are not connected - OpenOffice.org Calc
- It is possible to select multiple rows which are NOT connected to each other.
- To do this, select one row first by clicking once on the left-most side of it where its reference name is.
- Next, press and hold the control (ctrl) key on your keyboard and then click on the next column you want selected. In this case we are choosing row 3.
- Notice that row 1 and 3 are selected while row 2 in between them is not.
- Now, while still holding the control key just click on the other rows you want to selected.
- Afterwards, release the control key to finish selecting the rows.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to select multiple rows which are not connected with each other.
