How-To: Align objects to the horizontal center - OpenOffice.org Draw
  1. To align objects to the horizontal center relative to their position, first you must select them.
  2. Do this by first clicking on the first object you want to align.
  3. Good. Next, select the other objects you want aligned by holding down the shift key on the keyboard and clicking on each of them once.
  4. Once you have selected all the objects you need, release the shift key.
  5. Next, click here on "Modify."
  6. Once the menu opens, move your mouse over the option, "Alignment."
  7. A side menu should appear. Look for the "Centered" alignment option and click on it once.
  8. Great! As you can see the objects have been horizontally centered, relative to their original positions. Congratulations!
