How-To: Bring selected objects forward using the context menu - OpenOffice.org Draw
- To bring objects forward using the context menu, first you need to select the object you want to move. Do this by clicking on it once.
- For this example we have selected the circle. Note that it is behind all the other objects. Right click over it to bring up the context menu.
- Once the menu opens, move your mouse over the option, "Arrange."
- A side menu should appear. Look for the option "Bring Forward" and click on it once.
- Good! Notice here that the circle has moved forward in front of the red triangle, but it is still behind the other two objects.
- To bring the circle forward some more, right click over the circle again.
- Then, move your mouse over "Arrange"
- Then, click again on "Bring Forward."
- Great! Notice that the circle has moved forward in front of the yellow diamond.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to bring objects forward using the context menu.
