How-To: Close a drawing using the close button - OpenOffice.org Draw
- To close a drawing using the close button, first look for the "X" button here.
- This is the "Close" document button. Take note that this is different from the red and white "X" button above which closes the application.
- Just click here on the close button once to close the drawing.
- If there are changes that you haven't saved yet, you should see a window asking you if you want to save them.
- Just click on the choice you want. For this example we are clicking on the option "Save."
- If your drawing is a new and unnamed document, the "Save As" window should open. In this area, choose the location where you want to save your drawing by navigating through the folders.
- Next, click on this field and type in a file name for your drawing.
- Once you're done, click here on "Save."
- Great! The drawing has been saved and closed with the help of the close button. Congratulations!
