How-To: Draw a Circle - OpenOffice.org Draw
- To draw a simple circle first you must find the "Ellipse Button."
- Look for an Ellipse icon in the Drawing Bar.
- Now, click on the button once.
- Move your mouse in the drawing area and find the spot where you want to put the leftmost side of your circle.
- Once you have picked a spot, click and hold down the left mouse button while moving your mouse.
- A ghost of the circle should appear while holding the left mouse button. This should guide you in judging the size of the circle you are making.
- To make a perfect circle just hold down the shift key while moving the mouse. This holds the proportions of the circle preventing it from turning into an Ellipse.
