The "Form Wizard" of

is a

database-form.
The wizard asks the user for vital information regarding
the form to be created such as title, fields involved, layout and style.
The form wizard is used to create new forms quickly. It lets beginning users of Open Office Base create forms without much knwoledge about the steps involved.
