Formula
A formula is a mathematical expression of operands
and operators.

a formula can be the document type
for Math
the formula setting application or be a
cell formula in
Calc
the spreadsheet application.
A cell formula in a spreadsheet
calculates a cell's value from constants and the values of other cells.
A formula in OpenOffice.org Math is an object, who's layout is defined in
this application. A math formula can be inserted as an object into a
text document
or a presentation.
