Page
A page is a unit of a (printed) text document. It is one side of a printed sheet of paper.
Pages have page numbers, whether printed on the page or not. Pages also have
layout with margins
,
headers
,
footers
, and
columns
. The
page layout
can depend on the page number being odd or even.
The content of a page is usually determined by the flow of text in a document.
If the amount of text exceeds the space on a page, the text flows over into the
next page. To fix some text or object to a page, use a
frame
.
