How-To: Add a slide title - OpenOffice.org Impress
  1. This screencast demostrates how to add a slide title.
  2. First, please remember that you can layout slides quickly by using the layout section of the task pane here. In this example we are using the "title and text" layout.
  3. The title and text layout should reserve a place for a title like this. As you can see the guide text says "Click to add title." So just click once on it to start adding a slide title.
  4. Once the typing cursor appears, type in the title you want for this slide.
  5. Great! Just click outside the title's box to deselect it. Congratulations! We have now have a slide title.
