  1. To export a presentation as a PDF file, first click here on file.
  2. Then, on the menu that opens, click on the option "Export as PDF"
  3. The export window should open.
  4. If you want to, you can change the file name by typing in the name you want here. Otherwise...
  5. ...just click on "Save" here.
  6. The PDF options window should open. If you are an expert you can choose to change some settings. Otherwise, just click on "Export" to continue.
  7. Great! A PDF file of this presentation should have been produced. If we open that created PDF file...
  8. It should look like this. Good! Notice that each slide represents a page in the PDF file.
  9. Congratulations! You have learned how to export a presentation as a PDF file.
