How-To: Assign a list style using the style and formatting window - OpenOffice.org
- This screencast demonstrates how to assign list styles to several list items using the styles and formatting window.
- First, remember to open the styles and formatting window by pressing "F11" on the keyboard.
- Now to start, click and hold the left mouse button on top of the list that you want to format. Afterwards, move your mouse across the list items that you need formatted.
- Once all that you need is selected, release the mouse button.
- Then, go the the styles and formatting window. If it is not open yet, click on the "list styles" button here.
- Afterwards, double click on the list style that you want to apply.
- Great! As you can see the list style has been applied.
- Take note as well that other list items have not been affected.
