How-To: Enter a vector cross product - OpenOffice.org Math
  1. To enter a vector cross product, first click on the Math "commands window" here.
  2. Next, type in, or paste the first vector. In this example we are representing the vector using coordinates in a column, or a column vector.
  3. Take note that this is how the column vector is written in the command window.
  4. Good! As you can see the first vector has now been displayed.
  5. Next, type in the word "times" to place the "x" or multplication operator.
  6. Next, type in or paste the next vector. In this example we are going to paste in a row vector. Take note of how it is written here.
  7. Great! Our vector cross product is complete. Congratulations!
