Page Preview Bar

The Page Preview Bar is displayed when you choose File - Page Preview.

Previous Page

Moves back to the previous page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Page Preview function on the File menu.

Moves forward to the next page in the document. This function is only active when you select the Page Preview function on the File menu.

First Page

Moves to the first page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Page Preview function on the File menu.

Last Page

Moves to the last page of the document. This function is only active when you select the Page Preview function on the File menu.

Zoom In

Enlarges the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.

Reduces the screen display of the current document. The current zoom factor is displayed on the Status Bar.

Page Format

Opens a dialog where you can define the appearance of all pages in your document.

Close

Closes the current window. Choose Window - Close, or press Ctrl+F4. In the page preview of OpenOffice.org Writer and Calc, you can close the current window by clicking the Close Preview button.
