How-To: Change the font of selected texts. - OpenOffice.org Writer
- One way of changing the size of the text is by selecting it and using the formatting toolbar.
- Do this by selecting the text first. Click and hold the left mouse button near one end of the text.
- While holding the button move your mouse, notice that the selected text gets highlighted.
- Once at the end of the text you want selected release the mouse button to stop selecting text.
- Next, go to the formatting toolbar and find the Font Size menu here.
- click on this down-arrow to see a list of Font Sizes.
- As an example we are going to change the text to the size "20." Just click on it once.
- Great! The font size of the selected text has changed to 20.
- Congratulations! You have learned how to change Font sizes.
