How-To: Close Text Document Using the Toolbar - OpenOffice.org Writer
- To close a document using the toolbar, click on the small gray "x" button in the upper right corner.
- If there are unsaved changes, a dialog will appear and allow you to save your latest changes.
- To save the latest changes, click on the "Save" button.
- Watch the progress of saving the text document in the "status" bar.
- OpenOffice.org Writer remains running, but the document has been closed.
