How-To: Creat a Bulleted List. - OpenOffice.org Writer
  1. It is possible to make a bulleted list quickly using existing lines of text.
  2. First, you must select the text you want bulleted. Just click and hold the mouse button on one end of the text.
  3. While holding the mouse button move the mouse down till the end of the text.
  4. Notice that the selected text got highlighted. Just release the mouse button when you are done selecting.
  5. Now move your mouse here and click on the bullets button to toggle it on.
  6. As you can see bullets have appeared on each line of the selected text.
  7. If you want to add another item to the bulleted list click on the end of one of the items.
  8. Then just press enter.
  9. Notice that a new bullet has appeared where you can type in a new item.
  10. Great! You now know how to make bulleted lists.
