  1. In this screencast, please take note that nonprinting characters like this are shown for you to clearly see the tabs.
  2. Now, it possible to move a tab stop's position using the ruler.
  3. To do this, just move your mouse over the tab stop marker then click and hold the left mouse button.
  4. While holding the button move the mouse. The tab stop marker should follow this movement.
  5. Just place your mouse to the position where you want the tab stop to be.
  6. Once over the new position, just release the mouse button to place it there.
  7. Great! Notice that the tab has shifted and is now smaller.
  8. Also take note that a few of the default tab stops have reappeared. Remember that default tab stops will always be present to the right of the last user made tab stop.
