How-To: Open a Writer "html" document using the toolbar - OpenOffice.org Writer
- To open a Writer html document using the toolbar, fIrst look for a button with a folder icon in the toolbar.
- This is the "Open" button. Click on it once.
- The "Open" window should appear. To find html documents more easily, click here on the down arrow for the field "Files of type."
- A list of file types should appear. Click on the option "HTML Document (OpenOffice.org Writer) (*.html)
- Now, only the html documents should be displayed here. Just click once on the one you want.
- Afterwards, click on "Open."
- Great! The html document has been opened. Congratulations!
