  1. This screencast demostrates how to remove tab stops using the ruler.
  2. Please take note that nonprinting characters have been enabled for you to see clearly the tabs.
  3. To remove one particular tab stop, move your mouse over it, then click and hold the left mouse button.
  4. Now, while holding the button, move the mouse downward away from the ruler. This should drag the tab stop out.
  5. Great! Once you release the mouse button that should remove the tab stop.
